You call or send your problem through the site. We pass your details to one local engineer, who rings you back, agrees the price with you and does the work.
Who does the work
Gas and LPG jobs go to engineers on the Gas Safe Register. Oil jobs go to OFTEC registered technicians. We check their registration before passing them any work, and you can check it yourself too.
What we do not do
We do not carry out gas work ourselves, and we do not set the engineer's diary or prices. That is why we never promise a response time, and why the engineer agrees the price with you directly.
